Uveitis (EN)
Uveitis is an intraocular inflammation. In some cases the cause is of infectious origin. Diagnostics for these infections is performed on intraocular fluids by use of PCR and by determining the Goldmann-Witmer coefficient (GWC) for intraocular antibody production. If for CMV, HSV or VZV resistance against antiviral medication is suspected genotypic antiviral resistance
